For Summer Guests:

The University is pleased to offer on-Grounds dorm accommodations to guests who are visiting UVA for Graduation Weekend, Reunions Weekend, summer internships, or other programs and conferences that are offering housing to participants.

• If you are a previous guest who has already created a Conferences@UVA Portal account, please select "Login" in the orange navigation bar above.
• If this will be your first time staying with us as a summer guest, please select "Create Account" in the orange navigation bar above.

For Conference Planners:
